Need a neurodivergent point of view?

Here’s the thing about neurodivergence…

It has some serious advantages.

The problem is that people misunderstand it. And 9 times out of 10, that’s because representation on tv and film is so crappy.

Yes, sometimes it’s challenging being neurodivergent. I’m always cold. Complex, layered noise can be tricky. If my fingers get wrinkly when I’m swimming and touch each other, OH MY GOD.

But all the things I’m good at come out of my neurodivergence.

  • Deep research

  • Knowledge-sharing and translating the complex into the simple

  • Pattern-spotting

  • Comedy that comes from an unusual and fresh angle

  • High-energy talks packed with raw honesty and humor

Neurodivergent people have so much offer. But they’re an untapped resource.

That’s why collaborating with neurodivergent people, consulting about neurodivergence, and working toward neurodivergent inclusion is so rewarding.

The more people know about everything neurodivergents have to offer, the more neurodivergent goodness we all enjoy.

  • I've consulted on Neurodivergent issues for the BBC, Channel 4, and independent production companies.

Usually I advise on either scripted neurodivergent characters and storylines, as well as workplace accessibility.

  • I work with one of the most influential and important neurodivergent advocacy organizations in the world.

Based in Geneva, Switzerland, the ION is instrumental in international policy-making and raising awareness.

  • Being chosen as part of the TAPStars talent scheme, I'll be working with the cohort and taking part in training sessions.

I'm also working with The Access Project and ScreenSkills on a new disability hub to help disabled people in the TV & Film Industry access the resources they need.

  • My public speaking sessions including How-To-Network For Neurodivergents are extremely popular with neurodivergents. I've given sessions for ION and disability-related charity and private groups too.
